Terms for using Sunik Farms.

These Platform Terms ("Terms") govern access to the current Sunik Farms web application. In this draft, "Sunik Farms", "we", and "us" refer to the organization operating the platform, while "you" refers to a visitor or registered partner.

Sunik Farms is an operator-managed agriculture and livestock partnership platform. It is not a bank account, savings product, securities exchange, secondary market, digital-asset service, or source of personal financial, tax, or legal advice.

Before submitting a partnership request, you must review and accept the then-current Partnership Terms and separate Risk Disclosure. The accepted versions and acceptance time are recorded with that order.

You must provide complete and accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and notify Sunik Farms promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Public registration creates an partner account only; administrator access is not available through public registration.

Sunik Farms may require identity and compliance checks before an order can be created or confirmed. You authorize us to review submitted KYC information and, where appropriate, use vetted service providers for verification. KYC approval does not mean that joining a project is suitable, safe, or guaranteed.

We may suspend access where information appears false, an account may be compromised, required checks are incomplete, or activity threatens the platform or other users.

A project page may describe the agricultural activity, operator, location, production plan, expected output, off-take plan, insurance, funding target, project period, and identified risks. Information may be updated as a project develops, subject to the financial-record protections below.

Estimated earnings are projected. They are calculated from the displayed estimated monthly profit and payout rules.

You are responsible for reviewing the complete project page, financial projection, monthly payout rules, contribution repayment plan, and risk information before placing an order. Exact payout dates are created only after your partnership is confirmed.

A partnership request is not a confirmed partnership. When an eligible partner creates a request, the selected units may be reserved for the displayed period. An unpaid reservation can expire and its units can be released for another partner.

Sunik Farms confirms automated payments only after verification from the payment provider. Manual bank transfers require administrator review. A browser message, screenshot, or redirect does not by itself establish payment.

A payment received after reservation expiry does not automatically secure units. It enters reconciliation, where Sunik Farms will assess availability and determine whether it can be confirmed or should be refunded. Processing times may depend on the payment rail and verification required.

After payment is verified and units are available, Sunik Farms may confirm the request as a partnership. The confirmed record preserves the project, units, unit price, contribution, currency, estimated monthly profit, payout duration, contribution repayment start, estimated total profit, expected total payout, confirmation date, and partner-specific payout calendar that applied to that request.

Confirmed partnerships cannot be traded, transferred to another user, automatically renewed, or sold through a Sunik Farms secondary market.

A confirmed partnership has an expected payout schedule based on its preserved terms and its own confirmation date. Each monthly payout separates profit from returned contribution. A scheduled date is an expected obligation date, not proof that funds have already been earned, received from project operations, or paid to you.

A payout is recorded only when it is processed through the applicable workflow. You must maintain accurate payout-account information. Sunik Farms may pause a payout to verify destination details, investigate conflicting instructions, or address operational, legal, or compliance concerns.

The accepted Partnership Terms state the installment from which contribution repayment starts. The full original contribution is allocated across that installment and every remaining monthly installment.

A project may be cancelled or prevented from becoming active where its minimum funding threshold is not met, required conditions fail, continued operation is not reasonably possible, or cancellation is otherwise necessary to protect participants or comply with applicable requirements.

Where a refund is eligible, Sunik Farms records its reason, amount, status, and completion information. A refund is not concealed by deleting the original request, payment, or partnership. Timing depends on verification and the relevant payment method.

A partner-requested cancellation is not automatically available after payment or confirmation. Any discretionary or legally required cancellation will follow the applicable project terms and recorded administrative workflow.

You must not impersonate another person, submit false documents, interfere with security controls, probe private files, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected platform functions, misuse payment workflows, or use Sunik Farms for unlawful activity.

Sunik Farms branding, written material, interfaces, and original platform content remain the property of their respective owner. Project documents may also be subject to third-party rights and may be used only for evaluating the relevant opportunity.

We aim to keep records accurate and the platform available, but maintenance, provider outages, network failures, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control can interrupt access. An outage does not alter the confirmed partnership record.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the final reviewed terms, responsibility for platform use and project outcomes will be limited appropriately. Nothing in this draft excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Sunik Farms may publish a revised version of these platform Terms. A new version does not rewrite the Terms version already recorded against a historical order. Material changes affecting future use should be presented for review and acceptance where appropriate.

Questions, complaints, or suspected account issues can be sent through the configured support channel. Final legal notices, governing law, dispute procedures, and the operator's registered details must be added after legal review.
